BROOKLYN BOTANIC GARDEN
I woke up this morning in my new apartment to a perfect sunny day, a brand new neighborhood to explore, and a schedule chock full of nothing.  On my new roommate’s suggestion, I walked just under a mile to the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket and bought my breakfast (a sour cherry and thyme scone, mint iced tea with lemon juice and maple syrup from the maple syrup vendor) there.  No pictures...

MY MORNING OOT AND ABOOT
This morning I walked the mile and a half to the Serpentine Gallery in Kensington Gardens.  The current exhibition consists of works by Wolfgang Tillmans at least half of them were, to be honest, pretty weird.  Luckily, the other half of the exhibition was his photography and it was a lot more accessible. ROAD TRIP!
Yesterday we (Matt, Maggie, Maggie’s dad, Veronica and I) drove from VT to NYC.  Veronica was remarkably good on the drive, but did get a little bored/hungry toward the end. Veronica getting strapped in Me in my hidey hole Genius baby HOLDING HER OWN BOTTLE! Lunch time approaches Scooby Doo saves the day

OXFORD DAY TRIP
Yesterday afternoon, after I spent some time with Veronica, I hopped on the Oxford Tube and went to visit Alice in Oxford.  I arrived on High Street at about 5:30 and Alice and I went back to her super charming flat above the Alternative Tuck Shop and made our own little cream tea (tea with milk, scones, clotted cream, and raspberry jam).  Alice had reserved a punt for us at Wolfson College, so...
